You have 24 hours. to make any clarification (due to manufacturing defects and problems with parcels)

If the product is not to your liking, you will have 5 calendar days to request a change.

You must follow these steps in order to accept your change:

1. Notify us via e-mail at  ; This must be done within a period of 5 calendar days after receiving your product (please specify the reason for the change).

2. We will send you a package guide and an authorization number which you must write on the outside of the package.

3. The merchandise must not have signs of use and must be returned in the same box with the packaging and material with which you received it.

4. You must send the product via DHL courier. As soon as we receive the merchandise and check that it is in perfect condition and that the procedure was followed, we will proceed to make the change.
